Pre-cast Slab

Hollow core slabs are pre-stressed concrete elements, cast with advanced extrusion technique. Cores are made in the thickness running along the length with advanced machinery. The slabs are manufactured in different thickness and length. The standard width of the slabs is 1200 mm. Our production and erection procedures comply with British standards and ministry specifications.

Hollow core slabs are lighter by less than 50% of normal reinforced concrete slabs. This enables to design the light structural frame. The reduced structural frame and flooring slabs lead to reduce the size of the foundation. This saves the construction time and overall cost of the project.

Hollow core slabs are used in all applications where floors or roofs are required.
