Light Weight Blocks

They are user-friendly (drilling, filing, sawing…) and their light weight means fast handling and low fixing cost. So they easily adapt to all types of walls, inner and dividing walls, stiffening walls, firewalls, acoustic walls.

Light Weight
Lightweight blocks are much lighter and its low density reduces the permanent load. It also means easier handling and fixing which will reduce the labour cost. It’s very low elasticity module is half of that of a heavy concrete which greatly reduces internal tensions. Its linear coefficient of thermal dilatation is 30% lower than the normal concrete.

Acoustic Comfort
These block walls have exceptional acoustic insulation qualities. It provides double time sound absorption than the normal concrete walls. Depending on frequency and structure, they absorb over 50% of the noise. Light weight blocks respond perfectly to the acoustic demands of sports centers, theaters, swimming pools.

Compression Strength
These blocks give better compressive strength compared to other available light weight blocks. It is perfect for the internal and external walls of all types of buildings.

Fire Resistance
Its refractory character of light weight pellets offers excellent protection against fire. A wall of 15cm Lightweight blocks can withstand fire for over 3 hours and 20 cm; Light weight blocks resist minimum 6 hours.

Thermal Comfort
Lightweight blocks have an above average thermal insulation coefficient. Their calorific capacity is twice that of cellular concrete.
